Ruto wants to have payment in basket so that he can loot. Of he has not been able to disburse payment to the County government what will happen to the education sector when suc payments are delayed ? This will affect the payment of other subordinate staff like cooks, watchmen, cleaners, nurses thT such schools employ. In fact it will interfere with development of such institutions as they improve on their infrastructures.

If there are system we cannot trust is this called e citizen last year I renewed my driving license June ad august I got surprised wen go to cyber only to find my license is expired august the same same year ad also I have pedding payment for class have never train😂😂😂😂
