  1. I stopped eating rice everyday and I don't miss it. Only eat once in a while now. Lost my belly and swimming bands easy because of that. I was building a szechuan restaurant for a mainland client and he was laughing at my western diet and asked why I don't eat rice. I just look at his bulging belly and continued eating my lunch.

  2. Have you checked your thyroid function and prolactin? You seem to be holding to much water weight. It's often related with to much estrogen and too low thyroid function. If you're waking body temp isn't 37 c, you're definitely hypothyroid.

  3. Ok so why ar eyou bulking to then weight train? Is this so you have a stored supply of glucos for muscles? Why not try to keep the muscle and build while adding a bit more calories until the nex time you have to cut?
