Hidden Gem in Africa (Ghana, Togo & Benin)
Solom, a lesser-known cereal beverage obtained from millet is consumed particularly in Togo, and some parts of Benin. Because of migration patterns, it has become a popular drink in Ghana. It has a reddish-brown colour. It serves as a refreshment. The fresh solom is sweet to taste whereas the fermented solom is less so.

You are doing so well.
Many people consume this nutritious local drink both in it's sweet and fermented stages but do not know how it's done, but you've gone down the drain with all the hard work to show us how.
Great work there 👏
My only advice to consumers, is to opt for the sweet one better still drink responsibly.
Love this how to content! Now I wonder how different local drinks are made
