Happened to my daughter too I was in another pool and my daughter was in the pool next to me and she didn’t see underwater that there was a step down and she mis stepped and unfortunately it was a little deep and she was struggling to resurface and without thinking I just scraped my knees, legs, elbows and arms to pull myself out of that pool crawling along the concrete cause I had no time to find my feet and dove into the next pool smacking my knee into that concrete step my daughter missed to bring her to the surface. As a parent you do what you have to do to save your littles ones

Great job brother. It’s what us dad do no matter what we put our lives on the line for our kids at any given move.
It might have been better to just grab the child the minute he entered the pool area, the kid could have still drowned as children panic and inhale the minute they hit the water, so still lucky.
