  2. Struggling to bulk up? I get it. Alpino oats and High Protein Peanut Butter are the bestttttt! It has protein and fiber, which keep me satisfied and fueled all day. No more unhealthy snacking or bland shakes. Alpino is the key to seeing real results in my muscle-building journey!!

  3. as a person who’s been losing weight after highschool and now in Uni, I surely have lost weight. And I feel mentally conscious about it, that I get stressed and I tend to let it affect me. I so badly want to gain back the weight so I can feel happy mentally and physically.

Here’s to my healthy weight gain journey 👍

  4. After a period of illness I lost a lot of weight and struggled to put the weight back on again. This was a period of my life when I was going from one illness to another until I stopped drinking milk, then my health started to improve considerably! Despite feeling a lot healthier and having a big appetite I still found it difficult to put weight on. I started snacking not long before I went to bed on goji berries, dark chocolate and a small bar composed of nuts and dates. This worked for me and now I’m filling out nicely! The best part is that the weight is going in all the right places! Still got a nice trim waist, must be all that green tea I drink! I think my microbiome has changed since I stopped drinking milk.

  5. I had stayed my normal weight for years. I was comfortable at 133 lbs, but ever since I contacted covid 2 months ago I can't stop losing weight😒 I'm down to 120lbs! I keep telling myself to eat more, but I don't want to just gain the weight back and I don't want to stop working out so I'll definitely start snacking again. That's something I haven't done in a while🙂
