    You eat 4meals of those and eat the 5 left the next day and that's it? Please tell me how it works what u do for prep

  5. Hi, I love your videos so much!! Although, I do have a question to ask if you don’t mind? But, I’ve been trying to gain weight my entire life growing up. I’m not sure if this video is referring to muscle gain or just gaining some pounds but will it help me gain some weight (pounds) even if I don’t workout like lifting and stuff?? 🤔I run a lot but will it help me at least gain a couple of pounds? My goal is to be at least 90 or 100. I’m very small and skinny for an 18 year old… so hopefully I can get a response and help from you 😩
