I love meal prep but I really don’t understand how people do meal prep salads. How do you manage to keep cut and prepped cucumber, salad, spinach… fresh for a week? Or do you just have to use the highly treated veggies that won’t spoil as fast? 🥺

I've been obsessed with the granola bars. Thank you so much for the recipe. My family and i cant get enough of them.
I sub the maple syrup with 1/4 C brown sugar and 1 TB juice. (Maple syrup is expensive for me). My favorite add ins are semi sweet choc chips and salted peanuts.
I've been doing double batches too in a 9×13 dish and baking for 30 min. Makes 16 bars for us.

To gain 100 g of protein, why don't you eat meat? It's much faster and you don't need to eat carbs and plants that are toxic to our bodies and cause inflammation.
