This is honestly the best way to eat heathy. But it also requires way more discipline. Hence why it's the path least chosen.

Why have a place for meat, just eat starch or a potato plate, that is a meal. You forgot garlic you definitely need garlic, slap some onions on it too on your plate. It will fight cancer. Water to Drake .

You can't go lifelong eating without getting satiated. Portion control is as dumb as it gets and no surprise it has been proven ineffective time and time again. You must get a satiating diet, and work on your hormones (insulin foremost) to stimulate the body in burning stored fat.
There should be seperate portions for males and females. We dont need the same amounts. Men use up way more calories per day than females. This is basic scientific info that almost everyone can agree on. I came cuz i needed something helpful. But this is the same info as everything else out there.
