  1. Okay so I tried the overnight oats you had and mine turned out gross , now I wasn't able to find the Hershey cocoa powder, I had to use an organic cocoa powder and not a fan of the Greek yogurt but the rest was good

  2. Is it budget? Wah! Cooking Oil spray is budget. Use economy pack cooking oil 1kg. Bell Pepper in our area is expensive. We use other leaf vegetables. Mix stir fried vegetables (1 serving), I use 1. 3 Nos fresh shitake (slices) 2. I Tube Celery cut french fries 3. Few leaf greens (choy sum) 4. Pan stir fried press egg plant de-skin (cut french fries) Stir fried seasoning (oyster sauce 1tbsp, 0.5 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp light soy sauce. Little water.

  6. Good stuff, I think the macros are off a bit, I could not find anywhere that shows 44gms of protein in only 6oz of chicken thighs. Otherwise, the set up is nice!

  7. About to get into meal prepping here so I appreciate the video. So that makes me curious as to how often one should switch their meals to not get tired of eating the same thing? 🤔
