But such cases are all over Uganda, regional refferal hospital, other Hospitals like soroti are even worse, so clean up all hospitals
if government needs to assure the public that it is not sleeping, then it probably is sleeping
Dr Atwine it's better to go to every hospital and save the situation over there.
