  1. It is the older brothers fault entirely. He knew he was breaking the law by giving his younger brother his details. I have absolutely no sympathy for the older brother. His stupidly cannot be excused.

  2. The brother needs to cut his loss and report his Ghanian passport lost and apply for a new one. Make a police report about his documents missing. Deny deny any knowledge that the brother was using his documents.

  3. He can file a complain that his brother stole his documents and threaten to blackmail him into losing his British citizenship if he ever complain about it to the Immigration Department. Get yourself a good lawyer and seek a legal advise.

  4. Sorry but WTF would you give someone else such important documents when you already know their intentions are to commit fraud. If you know that from the begining don't be upset when they defraud you.

  5. Trust NO 1 I repeat NO 1 sad story. Never open the window for shaky occurrences. The wife mannn should have left her husband and moved on rather than sleeping with her brother inlaw.

  6. Have seen this kind of thing with Ghanaians, the mean ones are so mean..there are a lot of cases like this here in the UK…so crazy people ..you can't trust anyone, ( ko si omo iya ni London)…is really bad..

  7. this is my issue with africans this is the group of pampered people…..1. african men 2. first born son 3. last born son 4. sibling brother…………..that brother is a pampered entitled brat!….at some point in his growing up they allowed this behaviour from him….i bet he was that manipulative person even before UK

  8. Listen! That younger brother is just bluffing. OK. This has already happened; deal with it like a man. First keep your cool with the BOTH of them and get your papers sorted. Report it missing – go to the police, first step. Do whatever they say. Don’t tell anyone you gave it out to anybody. Nobody was there, it’ll just be your word against his – if or when it comes to that.

When your paper has been cancelled and reissued to you before your wife or brother knows anything about what you are doing, then you can start dealing with the rest – stolen identity claim you can use later. But, trust me, in the end, your woman just HAS to go! Keep safe in all of these. Trust NO ONE!

  9. Hmmm, was the husband cheating and abusing his marriage privileges? That may have helped the wife change sides so easily. None of this is right, but hurting people hurt people back. It happens.
