  1. I’m really proud of your dad and for you all having such courage to refuse to see him destroy himself. My dad wasn’t strong enough to beat his drug addiction, but people like your dad, give me so much hope for other children living with this awful disease ❤

  2. It's a really hard battle. Especially when your demons torment you, ridicule you and make you feel worthless and unhappy.

    You get to a stage where the only thing that can clear your mind and give you space to breath and think is alcohol.

    Of course knowing that the next day you feel ten times worse. The demons are back worst than before. And the cycle continues because you have to drink even more to feel better again.
