Got mine on a weighted sit-up machine, hello surgery
Had bilateral inguinal hernia. Got them both patched up, ask questions if you have any
Great vid! Just one note, inguinal is pronounced like in-goo-in-al ☺️
Is that what it is?! I was told what I would experience was constipation. It happened every so often when I would twist and it was on the lower abs. It felt like a knife ripped through me every time it happened
Forgot herniated disc
How about when the “ring” around your belly button hardens over time
How can i prevent it
Read a few years back that some of the medical meshes had a medical recall. Anyone know more about that?
I have a pain the last 2 months going from my lower back, out through my stomach and down into my groin.. I went doctor can't seem to find anything, got meds doing nothing.. I've been going to physio once a week as well.. its after subsiding a bit as I've reduced weight training since the injury.
Had one my junior year 4 years ago, couldn’t jump for 8 months😂 was doing hip thrusts, squats, hamstring movements daily. Limping up stairs, hurt when I sneezed or laughed.
I think the same thing happened to me when i was doing decline crunches it’s been a month now i feel the pain sometimes what should I do?
Had a couple sports hernias awhile back, surgery and exercise really fixed me up
Have a bad lingual hernia for yrs. Happened coughing bad cold. Still lifting.
Hernia visible Deadlifting at Powerlifting Meet. Take 15 mins to put intestines from scrotum back into body at night. Size of baseball. If you can afford it . get it fixed 🏋
Hiatal hernia is the worst
I got one from lifting heavy only I got it in my lumbar.
I had an inguinal hernia. Had the surgery done in 2022, I was 19 at the time. Most painful experience of my entire life. I was laid up at my house for days afterwards and didn't want to move at all just because of the searing pain in my abdomen and shoulders from the gas they fill you up with to do the surgery. I couldn't work for 3 months afterwards either due to swelling that took forever to go down.
Anyway, don't get a hernia. I don't recommend it.
Hernia surgery is painful while healing and just getting out of bed feels impossible. Mine was a inguimal and they made about a 4” incision since it was a bigger one .
Dude that sucks I know that feeling.
Bro didn’t brace core and his head was to forward and too much weight to do safely
Moral of the story dont lift heavy weights😂😂😂
Maybe slow down when you're holding that much weight 🤦♀️
My first time doing decline bench (I had been lifting heavy most of my life and played football/mma) I got a hernia with five pounds on each side of the bar
So that's the pain I had for months… at least I know now
Bruh I just started working out
Should I quit?
If he got a hernia from thts it's cause of tht useless exercise he's doing 😂
I have been dealing eith a hiatial hernia under my chest for years. I keep it under wraps but it can fkare out when going heavy on certain lifts and it's tough to breath.
I get pain below my bellybutton but no bulging. Happens every now and again after lifting real heavy. Can't stand up straight for the rest of the day without a burning pulling sensation below my bellybutton.
How do you prevent that?
