This young man have the knowledge. This is what certain Ghanaian estate developers must know is being honest. A developer call Emefs took my money without completing the house. At end the house cost me triple the price and completed it by myself. Many of the people are just developers without job training. Poor customer service is a big problem In Ghana.

In this piece, you say that Angel is SELLING LAND to the Diaspora in Royal Kingdom Estates. And he has made land ownership in Ghana seamless. IS IT FREEHOLD LAND????.
GHANA DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW OWNERSHIP OF LAND TO FOREIGNERS OR IT'S CITIZENS.
SINCE 1992 it is in the Ghana Constitution that LAND CAN ONLY BE LEASED FOR A TERM OF 49 YEARS FOR FOREIGNERS AND 99 YEARS FOR CITIZENS.
Your hiers will continually have to renegotiate the lease or the land reverts back to the Chiefs, Families or Government.
AGAIN, is Mr. Angel selling FREE HOLD LAND?? If not he is NOT SELLING it is Leasing. Get a lawyer in Ghana and go ask questions at the GHANA LANDS COMMISSION…
Ivy, the customer service in Ghana is bad mainly because, the wages of workers are so low that, any little thing triggers their anger. Please use your platform to talk about the Ghanaian wages and salaries. Ghana can do better ❤
