I like his energy and personality, but the house does NOT have curb appeal its design is tacky and gaudy. The plots nextdoor are empty and barren and the neighborhood looks rundown.

This is not sustainable, however beautiful. In case of fire this is dangerous. The ‘land is not sustainable, lacks greenery, place for a vegetable or rose garden. I don’t understand the obsession of wanting multiple cars that contributes to poor air ,pollution. These developers need to do better

Looks good but I am seeing some problems. Side windows. If the neighbors build as high or higher, they owner will have a ventilation problems. The front windows should have been bigger.
