There’s really nothing else to compare besides TPS, volume, profit/revenue to costs. What else is there? I mean if they don’t do something now, it’s over.
This activity lull is a temporary downside of Hedera aiming its marketing efforts towards enterprises, universities, and large governance minded orgs, where side projects and proposed upgrades are often ephemeral and easily cancelled or left as toy prototypes. These large orgs unfortunately don't have much creative energy and employee incentives to use ledgers in ways that are substantially more than just talk. On the surface level, these brands have impressive reputations, but genuine crowds do not follow in their wake when they wander outside of their primary business niche. This can be rapidly corrected by redirecting towards enthusiastic small-mid sized builders who do have a very strong economic survival incentive to maximize sustained use of hashgraph. This is what Base is doing and it works very well.

The market has already factored in the total supply of 50 billion and the 4 billion is going to HBAR Treasury under strict control – y – FFS zachrector. How does circle of games prevent botting? For example Lichess has huge problem of people cheating with engines, and you actually don't earn any money. Making it rewarded with money worsens this much more. For me, this is a completely failed project (ponzi scheme) because of this, and I hope that Hedera did not give them any grants.
Moreover, pretty much all other crypto play 2 earn games and platforms have collapsed.

Thank you for clearing up the FUD. I have both HBAR and XRP. I wish Youtubers would just stick with criticizing their own coins instead of others. I checked on SealSQ. They're not doing well as seen by the stock price over the last few years. Maybe this is holding the price down for HBAR recently. But looking for better things down the road. After watching Zach's video, I was almost tempted to sell all my HBAR and switch to more XRP. But I've learned not to put all my eggs into one basket. In a substantial bull market, all the utility coins should do well. But even a big drop in BTC can hurt everything.
So the permissioned and centralized xrp has no faults? His hbar smear video was clearly done with intention and malice. Yes I own both.
The only real red flag with Hedera leadership is that they have no moxie, no drive to win. They are getting whooped upon by Litecoin. Litecoin, the 2.5 minute per block garbage. How, unless you truly do not care, can you allow yourself to be beaten by LTC(question for Sharkbites as HederaCon)

Zach fails to mention HBAR is getting a ETF 1st half of this year as well. Hedera total is half of XRP supply. And it’s 84.5% released.
Many institutions that will use Ripple are 100% gonna use Hedera as well. Those ETFs will eat up that supply.
And Hedera is half the supply of XRP… Ripple will be releasing XRP from escrow for a long time…..
Hedera is set to dominate this space and potentially rival Ripple
