Is real estate really a good financial effort for H&M? They will have to pay for maintenance and landscaping, they will have to pay taxes, they will have to pay for a manager and someone to reserve the place. And they will have to put personal things in it, royal things, photographs, etc. to make it interesting for someone to pay a lot of money to stay there. William's goal to eradicate homelessness is a tall order. I think there will always be homelessness – either by the person's own choice or uncontrollable circumstances. However, I give him a big brownie points for starting something tangible to work to solving the problem – much better the my government who does little to nothing to tackle the issue of homelessness. Also, sick and tired hearing about the demand for repatriation $$$ that targeted only toward the Brits. British was not only one who have slavery. That's was the way at that time. It doesn't make it right, but you can't change the past. You can learn from it and not to repeat the same mistake. Demanding one country to pay up for the past mistake is unfair. Especially I don't see them demanding payment from many other countries that previously had slavery or from those who sold their own people to slavery for $$$. Even today, we still have modern slavery – yet we don't hear those hypocrites demanding actions against those countries!
