What will these women do? All the women executive directors have been failures. Can this one do miracles?
Out of all the interviewees, it’s only Lukwago that cited actual direct problems to be addressed/solved.
But a Ugandan will then proceed to say that Lukwago is the problem.
Kampala would be a major metropolis if we had even just 10 Lukwago’s in office.
