  1. The future of the mighty Ethiopian Empire Reborn MUST rest ( at first ) on the reacquisition of our ancient lands, along the coasts of what people erroneously call โ€˜Somaliaโ€™ or โ€˜Eritreaโ€™. We have unquestionable claims to the restitution of our old lands in what some erroneously call โ€˜Sudanโ€™, โ€˜Kenyaโ€™, & โ€˜Yemenโ€™, as wellโ€ฆ

  2. The Scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.- Genesis 49:10 This is a prophecy concerning the coming of Jesus Christ.
Haile Selassie wasn't divine at all, and definitely not worthy of worship.

  3. The colourful and great maverick British soldier Orde Wingate can be seen briefly at 36:20, standing to Haile Selassie's left, bearded and with a hole in his jersey shoulder, while pointing (down to a map on a field table). He was a colonel here, and had already seen action in the Horn of Africa in the late 19920s, tracking Arab slave traders and disrupting their widespread network and lines to the Middle East. In the late 1930s Wingate went on to a highly controversial secondment in British Palestine, there to train Jewish military units in counterinsurgency tactics in the context of the Arab Revolt. He remains to this day a much revered figure in Israel for his contribution to the fighting techniques eventually absorbed into IDF practice. Later still during WWII, Wingate took up command of the famous mobile Chindit units, deployed from British India to the jungle terrain of Burma in order to thwart and harass the Japanese occupation. Born in India, his life closed a circle when he was killed in an aviation accident in there. He was buried, curiously enough, in the Arlington military cemetery in the United States. One of the last great eccentric-yet-serious personalities of the British Empire's twilight years.
