  1. I’m a senior about to graduate H.S in 1 1/2 weeks, I would say I’m the poorest person in my school or 2nd poorest person in the school for the past 12 years, and I would say I’m the most mature person their. Out of students and even staff members. Growing up in multiple trailers and apartments. Didn’t care about life, survived multiple attempts. But excited that I can move out. 💯💯💯

  2. I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19…….the reason we have such a hatred for the homeless the hopeless the helpless the homebound shut ins the hospital and nursing home victims orphans children abandoned by parents and having to be put in safe places the loss of loved ones victims the hungry the thirsty the poor the blind the lame the deaf the mute the sick the oppressed the depressed the suicidal the lonely the afflicted the addicted and the lost is because of the fall of sin! folks if you don’t know Christ as your savior then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not! Folks you are not promised tomorrow! If you want to know how to be saved from this horrible reality then please by all means don’t hesitate to comment right back so I can lead you to the savior! 2 Corinthians 6:2 clearly states “now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation!” And Hebrews 3:15 clearly states, “Today if you hear his voice don’t harden your hearts! it is not me but the Holy Spirit that I pray reveals to you the truth of his precious gospel……John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes on him will not perish but have everlasting life! V 17 says then V 18 says whoever believes on the son is not condemned but whoever does not believe on the son is condemned already because he has not believed on the son whom God has sent! Also Acts 16:30-31 what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house I am not threatening anyone but just warning them what will happen if they reject this precious gift of eternal life! Christ died a horrible criminals death! He was beaten brutally mocked spit upon and endured countless hours of torture pain for all of our sins! Ppl go to hell because they reject that pardon for their sins! And Jesus is saying to them in Matthew 25:41 depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! Hell was only prepared for Satan and his angels! It is not God who threatens anyone it is the craziness of rejecting the free pardon of salvation! It’s like if you’re in court you’ve committed a crime say you murdered someone! Now if you say to that Judge hey I know I’ve done a terrible thing of murdering that person but I hear you’re a good judge and so I know you’ll be fair to me…… the judge is going to reply well yes you’re right about one thing I am a good judge and because I’m a good judge I’m going to see to it that you’re punished and that justice is served! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Praise the lord Romans 10:13 says Whoever calls on the name of the lord shall be saved! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Christ clearly said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but through me! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! Jesus clearly states that there is clearly only one way to Salvation and it’s him that’s it! There is no other way! God Bless everyone who reads!

  3. 😅🤣🤣 Can you imagine how fast that backfired on McDs?! Just give the kids a list of what to order at the drive thru & let them order the free food. 🤣🤣😅😂🤣

  4. I want to commend Kim, Mrs. Candy, and Mrs. Matters for being those role models for these children, or at least being there for them and supporting them. It shows how important it is to have a community and support system, whether you are related to someone or not.

  5. Believe me being poor in America is better than in INDONESIA, in America it is still easy to get a job whereas in Indonesia it is limited by age and gender and wages are low. Those of you who live in America are still too lucky, even though you are poor, you can still afford a car. It's really amazing 💓🇺🇸

  6. In the video this lady owns her house, so do I, although no electricity inside half of the house and only outside water, if something were to happen from the electrical issue, I have no insurance either if something were to happen, I put my trust in God that nothing would happen! God Bless!

  7. I still struggle with getting food for me and my 6 dogs, I truly trust in God and how He shows me the food in the dumpsters and businesses get upset with you when you are trying to find food for your babies and you! Food pantries are stretched so thin and I also hit many dumpsters trying to get food for us all! You ALL Have A Truly Blessed Day and Night! 🙏

  8. Children that come from poverty are typically much more mature than their middle income counterparts; it’s sad to think about, their situation forcing them to forgo an average childhood, to supplement the missing parental figure. Particularly if they have a younger sibling.

  9. Attention @all cabinets of American government: why do we rush in after a tornado hurricane floods in every part of the country , yet we stand back and watch fellow Americans humans suffer alone cast away from the American dream . But only the strong wealthy survive???????????😢 320 million 3% unemployment yet we still have and have not 2 tier economics 2 tier justice system . Wealth distribution matters . Auditing people on food stamps ? Yet auditing top 2% wealthiest would cost too much ??? Getting 10$ in food stamps bac vs 1 billionaire evades 3 million ? Do the MATH people .

  10. Unreal how so many people thought you could catch Covid from objects. Now, let's talk…All public schools gave free meals to school children during Covid. Dairy Queen, McDonalds, local churches ( who still give food bags each week to this very day) and many others gave free food. As a teacher I can attest, meals were given each week to school children for the Week. And there were many cars that came through the school carline with food bags still filled from the prior week. You only know things when you are THERE. Experiencing it on a daily basis.

  11. I'm sorry to say it, but these kids aren't half as bad off as many. I was raised in far worse poverty. There were kids far worse off than me. There are kids I know today who have it far worse than I did fifty years ago.

  12. Education should be put above stuff like dating.. and also having individual bedrooms… i grew up in a family for four in two small rooms.. we were happy and received great education and are doing quite decent now

  13. I wanna address the racism issue. So what I am about to say has 2 pts

A very dark day in my life. I was a young adult and having some issues in my life where I was homeless. I ended up getting raped by an African American and within a few hours. As I was walking through the city in tears over what had happened, I then encountered about ten african american children all under the age of ten who could already see that I am I'm crying
Who then proceeded to throw rocks at me and call me white devil. After I just been raped by an african american male
So the point I'm trying to make is racism goes both ways but even after all of that. I still have no hatred towards African Americans. Or any other race for that matter. Racism is taught and when I ask those children where they had learned that they said their Parents

  14. I am 35 minutes into this documentary and there is no mention of where the fathers of these children are like it's just a given that dad won't be around. When the truth is that if dad were present (even if he wasn't still with mom) it would increase the possibility of these kids having a shot at a decent life.

  15. 40:02, Steve Madden bag and wallet and fresh set of nails, that looks like mess up priorities.
But the most impressive yet not surprising fact is 3 single mom's, no father's on sight

  16. Under the line on poverty in USA , is the poor in LatinAmerica, the poor in USA is the middle class in LatinAmerica, and middle class in USA is the above middle class in LatinAmerica, that tells you how good developed countries are

  17. Shawn is a special boy who is very sensitive.

The little girl is not very mature and doesn’t have any motivation to make her grades. She doesn’t want to help
    her mother.

All of these children need a father who steps up and pays child support and helps them.
It is not fair for the mothers. They are at a disadvantage.

  18. I see phones, air pods, fake hair, tattoos, jewelry. What I don’t see is a husband, father or what sounds like a viable education. Shocking isn’t it that your choices have consequences….
