Governor Fubara buys bottle of 'Sprite' soda drink with a bundle of cash

Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara was sighted walking into the shop with his entourage to buy a Sprite drink as surprised passersby were jubilant after paying the shop owner with a wrap of money.
