Amazigh pizza

،🤮
ingredients ???????
This pizza meddfouna( buried) seen in this video is the express version of cooking , the real old fashion way is creating a fire from dry wood and while waiting for it to turn in to ember we dig a box size hole in the ground and we buried the pizza in clay pot named ( flat tagine) and we pour the ember in the bottom and over the clay pot and wait for 1 hour to slow cook and the wild mushroom release the essential oils and flavours, the result is out of this planet
You are a berber ,you just discovered it
again the white man stealing ancient peoples recipes to make a profits back home
*!
Haha l
It's RAW!!!
Gordon saying I love you to another man is pleasantly surprising. Thank you universe for mushrooms!
Onions with mushrooms 🤢
the best chief in the world, from Morrocan citizen
love it
I love how he's experiencing cuisines from different cultures and knowing how amazing and full of flavour they can be. I've always asked people to expand their palate and try new things.
“Most expensive mushrooms” Gordon: magic? 😂😂😂😂
Lobster was seen as peasants food once upon a time. Mushrooms, in certain parts of the world, were probably seen that way too. It just proves how the cheapest, most natural produce can be turned into something special. There’s no need for fashionable cuts of meat and overpriced veg if you know how to cook the cheap stuff well!
It's fucking burnt
i bet it tastes like shit
That looks SO good.
if im not mistaken, mushroom , cheese sandwiched between 2 breads, that was no pizza, that my good sir was a Calzone – Ben Wyatt
Medfuna in arabic means burried. So this is like a burried pizza pastry dish. Very nice
it's rawwwwwww!!!!!
1:13 he's such a presenter that he needs to narrate what the native already know how to do
Something to think about—even with modern preservation techniques, some things (like in this case, morel mushrooms) are still hard to get where they don't grow naturally. But where you get them naturally, there's an abundance and they are used as a staple. The cost from eating something like that in London is the cost associated with simply preserving and transporting them that far. If you can travel, and want to try something unique, well, Gordon's lucky he can do that.
Lmao Gordon say every food “absolutely delicious” if it’s a foreign country lmao
The only concern is that they use hands to cook which is very unhygienic.
