(New rate -original rate)/original rate * 100 should give you the percentage.
The problem people are having is NPP keeps using 4 as the original amount but that is incorrect..The original amount will always remain 1..because Kuffour was 1:1 and no one says exchange rate is $13 :4cedis but we say is to 1cedi

These NPP communicators and their dishonesty with data. How has a reduction in inflation affected the regular person on the street? Prices are still increasing over 23%, even worse for food inflation. None of our immediate west African neighbors has inflation over 4%. Some are doing as low as 2% Yet, they were also affected by Covid and the so called Russia-Ukraine war.
