  1. Когда проходят роды,то МЫ,женщины всех стран – совершенно одинаковы и можем понять друг друга без слов.

  2. I had 2 normal deliveries but in none of delivery no sisters or helpers in hospital did this to me
Rather I was left to bear the pain
As in private hospitals in India most doctors doesn't go for normal delivery, every one is in hurry, wants to do c – section
Iam thankful to god for giving me strength..

  3. Wow in trinidad hospitals they leave you alone ifk why they don't let ur husband or have a support system allowed in the room…it's really sad that u have to be alone in labor…they don't even give u water to drink and also have u lying on your back….they are also quick to give you pain to rush your delivery….Trinidad and Tobago u need to have a look at this and learn from them..

  4. Pain relief can also pro long labour pethidine slows contractions, epidural can make it very hard to push, and you can't walk to help labour along, gas and air can make you very sick, I've had 7 children all natural and after my 1st I refused and drugs as it made it so much harder.

  6. Making it delicious, giving birth once, oh my God, it was so painful, so torturous, it was as if my life was ripped out in that very second. But when the baby is born, the feeling of relief is mixed with happiness.

  7. Love these tips. Especially the ones about lying on the back prolonging labor and not using medicine unless necessary as it could lead to more complications. The USA would do some good listening to this advice. Too many medical interventions and forcing women to lie on their back the entire labor and birth process are some of the biggest issues I see in my country.
