Ghraybeh (Ghorayeba, Ghoraiba, غريبه) is a creamy shortbread cookie recipe that will melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
2 cups vegetable ghee
2 cups powdered sugar
4 cups – 4 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp dry milk
Garnish with almonds, pistachios, peanuts or sesame seeds
