Swiss chocolate, German chocolate, Dutch chocolate, French chocolatiers- have you ever heard such ridiculous terms? There has NEVER been cocoa trees in Europe, yet Europeans control the worlds market and Africa receives pennies for its resources. Rubber, latex, diamonds, gold, Coltan, etc are all the same.
Frenchman Jacques Chirac said “ the exploitation of Africa is necessary for the survival of France. This horror of looting of Africa must end- the lives of Africa depend upon destroying the economic rope that strangles Africa and destroying the economic chains that enslaves Africa.
Europe has NEVER been the friend of Africa and has never had any intention of being so. End the dynamics of this ugly arrangement. The lifeblood of Africa is not to be sucked by Europe and others.

I personally want to hear more of these intiatives. It is time Africa processed its raw materials and sold them as finished products to the rest of the world. I am looking forward to a time when Zambia will processes its copper within its boarders and export electric cables to the world, when kenya will process its tea within its boarders, when Congo DRC will realise that fighting among themselves will not solve anything but give more chance to the imperialists to continue exploiting their country of its abundant resources. I am glad to see Ghana paving the path and I can only hope that other African leaders can continue on this path. God bless Africa
