Alot of people think only of accra as ghana, accra is the smallest region in ghana , there are more beautiful houses in other part of ghana than accra, in 10 to 20 years ghana will overtake united States, ghana have more natural resources than usa , Africa just needs to get thier system right, all black American should go to Africa because Africa is heaven and west us hell
All he said is not true… I owned my house and it pays me each month, by letting me keep my money in pocket..and the repairs are nominal.. not $3,000.00 a month it would cost me to rent this house…
Hi, im a young man born in Amsterdam. My roots lay in Surinam,South America. My People where brought from Ghana to Suriname by the dutch/British. Ive been watching ur video since 2020 and u inspired me to GO BLACK TO AFRICA. I would like to be in touch with you to brain storm about the future and to give my story. How can i be in touch with u?
How much USA dollars you need to make it there and move in there
Simply excellent!
It is about time that the two of us, as well as some others , came to our senses now instead of later. Woe to the ones that will be left behind because of fear & negativity . It is so sad that many people came nor or will not make a move unless Biden or Fauci give them permission to do so .
Hey Go Black , there is just something about Ghana that jerps us coming back . Wonderful interviews with my friends : Bomani & Joanne . How are Mrs. Go Black & Serenity doing ?
The second , third and fourh property would probably consists of a two beach – front and a two – bedroom container unit and a single family house . This is your auntie / sister , not your gurl .
I knew that you would change your mind. concerning purchasing land / property in Ghana . It's about options & I definitely agree , you need a plan or plans , make sacrifices and then execute those plans. Fear will always keep our people on the outside looking in . Hopefully, more people will do as the both of us did , get – in , where you fit – in .I have several projects going on here in Ghana . First , a three – story building : the ground floor as well as the top floor will consist of two rental apartments with 2BR/2 1/2 baths . The middle floor will consist of 4BR / 4 1/2 baths , walk-in closets , LR /DR/Gourmet kitchen-with pantry , Laundry room with water & dryer .The building will have 119/220 voltage units , air-conditions with ceiling fans , generator or solar panels and wi-fi / internet connection , etc.,

KEEP FIGHTING WITH YOUR MIND
This pimp done done everything the rescue B. He asked military he on this he on that he's such a super player he had to use YouTube supplement his income because they don't give welfare in Africa🤣🤣
The picture you are printing is not the same in Ghana, all this mortgage and tax write off.
Thank you for this comparison of property in US vs Ghana. It was very compelling. With this topic, tho, I kinda would have liked you to share more in terms of types of property ownerships for foreigners who are not permanent residents or citizens of Ghana. If you had touched on this bit it would have been very helpful and concrete. Your reflections sound dreamy. We need the practical things to give it roots.
You totally smashed facts in this one bro
Be aware, the hustle and scamming is real in Africa. Most important thing to remember when relocating not too bow down, blend in or forfeit your culture for another one. Expect to have problems and deal with spiritual warfare. Yah never intended for you to do that. It's a submissive move. Also, when spending money, think of value for product and services. If it feels uneven, walk away. They would rather have some usd than none at all. Move in Yah's power. Stand your ground, once you submit, it makes their hustle and scamming easy.
iwas going to buy, but, definitely not in Ghana, Tanzania or Gambia. Horror stories coming out of those locations and not putting all my eggs in one basket. Decided to have several locations in Africa to experience different aspects of the culture. Not trying to blend in or bow down to another culture. And, certainly not lose my own.
I don’t understand why those wooden houses so expensive no one should be paying property tax, when buying a home it’s a necessity, now business yes
Good decision Goblack, Ghana is marching forward, with all the links Ghana is establishing with Black America, and the Diaspora, Ghana is only going to get better. Black America, and the Diaspora will make up for what Ghana lacks. God, and Our Great Ancestors are wise
You will never regret this decision my brother. Ghana is a mistry country you will never understand it. The owner of now famous University ( Ashesi University ) Said he returned from the USA to Ghana after a long carrier with Microsoft USA. He left Ghana later and said to himself he was not going to come back to ghana again in his lifetime. But after some years later he realize he has no power as a single person to reject a whole country like GHANA. He returned back and today he has made it big.
If any of you want a home then you should form a common unity with people like minded with the same mindset pool yr money together and buy what every material that you need and get a the machine that you need to have a home built to yr standered very fast buy land in the bush now !!! For soon you will not able to buy that plot of land
I'm glad you have finally have a changed your mind now. The Lebanese, Chinese, and the Indians are here making making soo much money. And you who comes from here keeps running from your own. For how long are you going to continue running?
Think🎶🕺🏽🎵a🎶🕺🎶bout🎶 it🎶🕺🎶💃🏽 HALLL'LA BLESSINGS TO YOU my brother from AFAR ENJOY San Fernando Valley California USA appreciate you sharing ✌🏾☝🏽🤎🖤🌿💚💛💙🌿💜🧡🙌🏾🌹💯
Probably one of the best decisions I made when I visited home afew years was to buy some land when the opportunity presented itself. Prices keep going up folks. Buy now if you can.
🌍👏👏💐
My Neice’s mom is from Ghana and she went back about 3 years ago, so I’m going to ask her about the real estate over there.
I recently learned the US is placing bases in Ghana bc the leader gave them permission but I’m like why! The US has NEVER helped africa in any form and now want a footing in a place where a lot of diaspora are returning too. We do not want an extension of colonial US hands in Africa bc we know the concerns many with the US trying to control the government leaders to do what they want and to just control africa from rising. It is a mistake for africa to allow such a divisive country to be anywhere on its shores. If you don’t do as they want and say, you’ll be sanctioned. It’s all about control and africa not surpassing the US. Wrong move for Ghana knowing many black Americans are fleeing the US to not be a part of its web of lies and deceit.
It’s a good move
Hi. I’m in damnerica and want to buy in Ghana, how can I reach you for advice?
Funny that some people in the comment section appear to be having a mental breakdown about which African country for one to invest in. It's like a fu**cking "feel good" therapy for their mental health. People sit on their asses doing nothing, looking to see who gonna do something to improve that improve one's life, only to offer unsolicited persimastic advice. what a loads of wack!
75 percent of Americans, became millionaires, buying real estate,
Smart move! As an investor you should immediately see the enormous potential in Ghana- as you said: forget the bad roads! Also glad you are advising people that it’s never too late to jump in, but prices are rising very fast. Development is already happening.
Emotions and business is a perfect recipe for disaster.
I love you brother for considering the uninformed the novice and frustrated
Well I think the 95 Billion a month in bonds the fed is selling has a lot to do with it also.
I also think that the 40 Billion a month in proceeds that the US Federal Reserve is going to keep and not put back into the market is also influencing decisions.
❤️🇬🇭💪🏾
Bigups to you, brother 👏👏👏
GoBlack2Africa, Hi there, How are you? I'm trying to get in contact via email and I emailed you but didn't get a response yet, is everything ok? I also stated it in the comments, several times. I need your help, I need some crucial information about Africa, I believe that you will give me accurate knowledge about some locations that I have questions about. I never been to Mama Africa before but I plan on visiting one day. If you don't respond this time, I'll take it as you're either too busy to help me or you just not interested in helping with some helpful information about Africa…… I will look elsewhere and research and try to find the crucial information that I need from other resources. I'm sorry, if I bothered you. Take Care!
Nice one….get your African on…while I guess it is still 'hot'? lol…I get you bro…get in where you fit in…
As black American to be honest they really going flock to south Africa 🇿🇦 especially as south africa is been put more with eyes on it from black Americans and they give you a mortgage loan same like America with up to 30 years payments and cheaper bigger way more develop has a lot of black Americans culture and food etc….yeah there whites but they are a minority was a 4 million vs 60 million blacks and the government and president police are all black…in black American eyes they will see it as situation that can get check because the numbers fall with blacks….plus blacl south African understand black Americans struggle and also they will fight back ….oh as far crime alot black Americans understand it especially those coming out of the hood or Chicago south side new Orleans etc they will get it And understand you have your hood and suburbs.. .. overall south africa is cheap as heck and you can get loans credit cards and easy to just pick up and go without having to invest or worry about infrastructure or land scam….plus you can actually own the house they can passed it down to they family….in long run even black Americans in other countries will come to south Africa. People who go to Ghana would be the ones specifically looking for Ghana culture…I'm just being real I know my people
Oh the real reason why Ghana boom first it's because they the year of return and it was promoted in America and most nearly all black Americans had little to no idea about Africa and its 54 countries….and as the rumors get put to rest the black Americans will expand there horizon
And Ghana will hit like a plateau ….plus they prices reaching new york and etc …
It is what it is
Send. Me information how to get a home I want to go to Africa
And another good thing about living here in Ghana is that, there's a lot of freedom, too much of it in fact.
In America, you can't even sneeze without offending somebody or having cops on your tail.
That's what my boyfriend told me….the only way to make good money in Ghana is real estate. Luckily, my parents have a huge house in Accra but I'm also looking for property for myself outside of Accra. Good luck to everyone!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You mentioned in your other videos, you tell it like it is. How did you get in Ghana since you weren't taking the vaccine? Did you take it? People need to know what the workaround is, if it exists.
