Speaker does not rely on any constituition of political parties to function in parliament. In fact the MPs do not rely on their own parties' constitutions to functio in the house. MPs rely on the constitution of Ghana and parliament stading orders, if they do not contradict the constitution. The constitution of the parties are meant to regulate the internal activities within the parties. They have no force beyond the parties, unless they directly derived their source from the Constitution .
Legacy of Bagbin
He ends his term in the parliament with chaos. He is hated by both parties for his disrespect to MPs and his autocratic style. Harruna and Muntaka from his own party despise him as a person with a small ego. Dr. Kwaku Afriyie, Ursula and others find him weird and unreasonable. He has barely two more months to leave. Strangely, he is not doing anything to repair the damage he has caused. He is still confused and disruptive. Posterity shall not forgive him for his self-absorption, indiscipline and recklessness.

LETTER TO MAHAMA AND BAWUMIA
It is with a bleeding heart that I write this letter, Ghana is weeping, Mahama and Bawumia, I will make this letter short and sweet, in the name of whatever you two hold dear, please leave Ghana for the New Force to fix. If truly and with a genuine heart, you two mean well for Ghana, please let's not even waste money in going to the polls by printing ballots papers and Ghanaians queuing for hours. You two have done enough for Ghana and we appreciate it. I know because of pride you two have not read the 12 pillars, please read it and you'll see the 12 pillars are no where near what you two are proposing for Ghanaians. Ghana will develop and everything in the 12 pillars are possible, PLEASE step aside for Ghana to flourish, when it does you two will equally enjoy. Ghana beg you in the name of Allah. Do you not see the hardship on the streets?, telling Ghana will you bring a credit card system, where are the jobs to pay for the credit card. Telling Ghana will you buy chicken coops is an insult. In this day and age where other countries are thinking of extraordinary things. PLEASE step aside and when the New Force revives Ghana we will be indebted to you two forever, your names will go down in history and your descendants will be acknowledged. Hope my letter meets your sincere consideration. Thank you.

Eiii Bagbine , they are serving 4 yrs not 3 1/2. So long as they are still in parliament with the vote that bought them they can still be as it's till the next elections. Use common sense
