Very dumb for him to say,"block houses are outdated"
Thank you
when they say someone is not presidential quality Ghanaians will make noise ignorantly so here we are
Nana sold Ghana out to the Demonic IMF. You reap what you sow. He is a freemason under demonic orders.
The only things that is cheap to purchase in Ghana is the resources that white man and Chinese export out of Ghana 🇬🇭 which they then sell for trillions while Ghana people scrabble for crumbs to scam each other lol 😂
Corrupt government 😡
Regulate housing prices in ghana and stop selling houses in dollars
Why is everything priced in $? Not an expert, just want to know.
Why did he say that those who live in England will know that concrete houses are outmoded. England doesn't have the same climate as Ghana, we shouldn't build based on how they build
Akufuo addo is Evil,,,,,,4 more who,,,,,,nonsense…you people think Ghanaians are fools right
Fools,,,,,master go and sit down in some where in the bush..so what about the ones mahama build that reminds in bush….nonsense of Ashanti leaders
Ghanaian housing system is Rouge ! Renting in Ghana they ask for years in advance on East Africa it's one mont rent one month deposit by law! Ghanaians are Rouges 😊
This is what you get when politicians think they have the knowledge to solve all the problem
Let the experts work and this country would work
This shc housing project at katamanso is a disappointment they are not providing for those who need but those who can buy so most of those who would buy these houses it would be their 2nd 3rd 4th house
Affordability can only be achieved if the process is industrialized and it can only be industrialized if there are numbers
Let the experts do their work
If we tackle this housing issue most of our issues would be resolved
If we play smart with words around the problem the problem only laughs at us
Thx Haruna. Good coverage.
this president make Ghana falling down.
How about fixing the roads
Restoring the value in the Cedi would be one solution.
By continuing with Ghana industralisation and adding value to your exports while increasing local production, and reducing imports to the country in order to have enough foreign exchange in the economy. Decentralizing the capital city would also directly benefit other regions development hasten the industrialization of the country by enhancing competition within municipalities and within regions. I dont get how this is such a hard concept for the government to wrap their heads around or is it just the fact the NPP doesn't actually care?
No shit the average Joe in Ghana cant afford a house when they only earn $1.52 (18.15 cedi's) a day which is way below the international poverty line of $2.15 as according to the World Bank plus all of the unnecessary taxes you place on the already impovished Ghanaians like the E-Levy, Covid-19 tax, and such draining their finances. I sincerely hope the NPP never comes to power ever again.
Our leaders are only good at speaking the Queen’s language
Your contents about Ghana look more hopeful than reality….so sad my country
