How to reduce your cholesterol (twi Ghanaian health). As you enjoy Ghana foods and other foreign foods becareful of your health. Foods that lower cholesterol are fruits and vegetables. Whole grain like Ghana brown rice. Wheat bread.oath,pasta, fish, beans,nuts, sunflower, olive oil etc.
