Proud Ghanaian ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ค, God bless our homeland Ghana ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ค๐โจ.
My favorite dance is booboo
Wonderful video๐๐
Well done
Borborbor until recently (perhaps just the last decade) didnt involve such vigorous almost twerking movements. Yes there was the backside movement but was a slower graceful movement. Its a rather slow paced dance that almost everyone could join the circle of dance. The most spectacular part of borborbor was actually the ability to roll the pair of white handkerchief to obtain a perfect fan-like movement and i can tell you its a beautiful sight when well choreographed. Hope your team gets to see that type too.
The Bamaya dance also has more to its story that will not leave you scratching your head๐ . Anytime you hear a seemingly ridiculous story behind our traditions know the story is most likely complete.
Such a beautiful video, but at 3:45โฆit is very important that we divest from european gender & sexuality norms to better understand and appreciate our African cultures
Proudly Ghanaian
They are all beautiful. We are one
Details of Aptampa please!
for me bobobor is fine, the waist twist and moreover the dancers put on a pair of socks to avoid dirty feet from dust after dancing. adowa is also fine but only when otumfuor dance.
This is nice how can I download this

You miss AGBADZA๐๐๐๐
I love dance no 5
i lov all ghana traditional dance
as an african american , Bamaya makes sense because , at least in USA, everyone responds to women quicker than men. Want the police to get there faster? have a woman call. Want better customer service? get a woman to do the talking. Want a better deal on something besides a car? get a woman to do the talking.
Not finding these dances beautiful in the slightest. Quite crude and vulgar in fact. There is no grace, no emotion, no beauty. Just crudity and ugliness.
How could you leave out the Bawa dance of the Dagaaba?
I believe no. 5 is Takai
I love the stories โคโคโค more stories
I can't get over how agile the women are w/ moving their waists! I wish I could isolate and move parts of my body like that! Unfortunately, I'm almost certain that all I'd get if I tried these amazing dances would be some dislocated hips. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
to much commentary rather need to ear the dance rather than your voice
I am very surprised that Agbadza or Atsagbekor did not feature in your listโฆ
How come ???
Super Soul SISTERS and Brothers. Some of you carry Negroid dna haplogroup e1b1a and are Original copper-colored Negros whose ancestors were shipped from America to Africa during slave trade.
Kpanlogo is the best of all, OMDs cultural exhibition during my days in school was fun
Wow the "Adowa dance" is so uniquรฉ and beautiful โค
Penis apparatus is/are attractive to posterior shots, but why
The posterior emphasis is alluring for what?
please check the meaning of tribe before you use it again to describe Africans. No tribes in Africa.
