  1. Can confirm: riding a bike for 1 to 2 hours on just black coffee first thing in morning 3 to 4 times a week will burn off your fat like nothing else. The coffee must be without sugar or milk. It will blow up your glycogen stores so you can dip into your fat right away.. Drink water during the ride.

  2. I already have a low body fat percentage pretty skinny guy but my friends still say I’m shredded anyways this is 100% correct I got my six pack by getting 45 pound weight on my chest doing sit up’s till failure and then switching to eccentric sit ups completely made them pop

  3. i’m naturally a skinny guy but have the typical gut belly now, what’s the best way to get rid of it and become lean again? although i’m not “fat” i feel fat and it makes me depressed.

  4. lol “even if your body fat goes above 7%”. You do not have to be that lean to have visible abs. There are A BUNCH of people with visible abs who are around 15% body fat or slightly more.
