Your content and thumbnail quality is good but your channel is not optimized, and your video is not SEO optimized, I mean search engine optimization SEO.
Because of which your channel is not growing, video has more views and subscribers. Your videos are not in the top ranking on YouTube because the audience can not find your channel video. As a result, your channel is not growing.
Hi @GermanRealEstate
Thanks a lot for your informative videos. I am a proud investor in our security tokens :). I was thinking why you dont explore east germany more. For example Halle (Salle), Magdeburg etc? What are your thoughts specially on Halle(Salle)?
Hi 1 Question. Why didnt you mention Hamburg? So is it A or B or C city in your opinion? I guess its easily A city. ITs the second largest city of Germany
Hey , thanks for this nice video. We are looking for a location to build our house and we are getting a good deal in Allersberg/Rothsee town which is next to A9, 25Kms down south of Nürnberg & also has a S bahn/RE connectivity to Nürnberg of 10-12 mins. Also Ingolstadt is 40 mins and Munich Max. 90 mins via RE. We are confused if it's a nice location to invest, what do you think ? Thank you !!
Hey, Axel! Thank you for the great videos! I believe you covered 110% of the information needed to buy the property. But what is next? How to find a property manager? Who can do the property check-up, before I buy it? Who can do taxes for me? Maybe you can share well-known property managing agencies/tax advisers and other 3rd party companies that simplify the life of real estate investors?
