  1. More like usa corporations crying foul because they did not win the bids/tenders for the software business. They are using dirty tricks to eliminate competition. If in doubt, look at what usa competitors did to Alstom

  2. Why is a German company paying the American DoJ hundreds of millions when the African people suffered as a result of bribery? Surely SAP should be paying restitution to the African countries or all of the contracts should be rescinded.

See folks when white folks/governments demand justice, they don't just settle for an apology shake hands and move on, they demand some sort of tangible cash reparations payments, in this case $200 million from corrupt officials. So don't let nobody tell us that it was in the past and lets hold hands and sing we are the world about it.
