  1. The divorced aunt of the Arab world that might occasionally drink and smoke and is "cool" to her nieces and nephews. This place has some DEEP history dating back to the Phoenician era. Everything from Star wars to Squid coucous can be found here. Enjoy….#TUNISIA!

  3. Chott el Djerid looks somewhat like a crab claw with a human finger appendage, don't you think?
And maybe I should wear a jasmine flower in public and see if anyone will understand lol

  4. I wonder why Morocco and Algeria didn't end up like Tunisia (in terms of values, openness, etc.. ) knowing they both had similar influences (which here is presented as the root/reason) πŸ€”

  5. visited Tunisia in 2008, wonderful Sousse, Tunis, Sidi bu Said, Carthage, lovely people and unforgettable smell of dates in the air. We also have dinar as currency and call chickpeas leblebiye. Love from Serbia

  8. Love Tunisia from Greece. I've visited the country last September and it was amazing. I've been to 13 cities, most of them different from eachother and loved the hospitality from the locals. Wonderful country!!!

  9. @2011Faten
I'm Faten, an African-Carthaginian-Mediterranean-Amazighan-born-again Christian-believer Tunisian, obviously from Tunis, Tunisia! I've just watched your short amazing funny video on Tunisia! Thank you for the awesome input, even though it didn't cover the (most-known) Christian part of it! You may have skipped it for a reason or unintentionally, you do know…! The ancient history of Christianity in North Africa was vibrant, rich, and deeply rooted for five centuries right after Jesus’ ascension. Jesus’ disciple Philip landed in Carthage to preach the gospel to Tunisians… Tunisia is an ancient crossroads of civilisations, and its history is everywhere you go. Roman ruins of churches are scattered across the land. Even the most cosmopolitan urban centers are just a stumble away from winding historical districts that pulse with the activity of daily life….A lot to say about this important subject in many other videos, if you dug further into its history…! And as a born-again Christian believer, allow me to pray for all of you to visit Tunisia in the midst of its Christianity rising, so that you may come to the light and receive Jesus Christ in your life, before His return to take us up to Himself (John 3:3-8/John 14:1-3)… Special thanks to all of you who made this video, mainly the 2 Tunisian guys! May God bless you all and open your eyes to the truth, Amen!

  10. Such a pretty country! Such known for its hospitality and history! πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡³πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡³β™₯️β™₯️☺️☺️πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

  11. Tunisia Recipe:

    1. Take a Phonecian Empire and mix it with the Roman Republic for 100 years.

    2. Let the Roman Republic sit for 1000 years, now you have a Roman Empire.

    3. Mix the Roman Empire with Germanic Tribes sauce for 200 years. Now you have a Medival Europe, you can set this aside as we dont need it right now.

    4. Mix medival North Africa with Muslim Caliphates for 1,400 years. Then let the caliphates sit until they collapse.

    5. Now, you have North African tribes. Add some Conference of Berlin seasoning, and now you have French Tunisia.

    6. Mix French Tunisia with Independence Movement Sauce for 70 years.

    7. Add some African Union Salt and some Arab League Pepper as toppings.

    8. enjoy!

  12. As a Tunisian I would like to thank you for pointing out all the positive sides of our country ! Even though we’re far from perfect we have many problems but this has warmed my heart ❀️. I would also like to thank this comment section everyone is so nice !

  13. Oussama Mellouli and Ons Jabeur are absolute legends. I remember when Oussama absolutely dominated in 10 km swimming marathon and took the gold medal.
