  1. I’m Guinean born in America (both my parents were born in Guinea and came here) and I’m half Gakanke half Malinke (both under Mandingo) and my grandparents are from Boke and Kindia. I love seeing people learn about Guinea 🤗 My grandfathers favorite thing is to teach me and my brothers about Guinean history. PS: his pronunciation is hilarious and there is SOOO much more politically drama the happened last yr

  2. I was born in Texas and my dad is from Guinea and my mom is from Ivory Coast! My mom told me she’s taking me to Guinea so I’m finding some reasons why I want to go!

  3. Guinea Weather Forecast: Warning Warning Conakry will be flooded by a tsunami take shelter please] People In Conakry: oh wow a 1 mile high tsunami… i dont care]

  4. I don't enjoy leaving home, but I have been using Geography Now to "travel" the continent of Africa. I use what I learned from the GN episode to seek out art, music, food, language, and news about the country so that I am a little better informed about the world. Thank you for this resource! I'm headed to Sierra Leone next.
