Gentrification still going strong now theyre harassing black homeowners to sell their homes and selling to mexicans. Theyre building apartments everywhere in the city cramming blacks, disabled etc into these apartments. Mexicans are home owners blacks are renters. Homelessness is high many are sleeping in their cars. 🫣😭

The way it works most often is the grand parents don’t sale and the property taxes get so high they can’t afford to stay. and the upkeep is expensive. The city gives code violations etc. kids have their own family and bills and can’t bail the grandparents out. They are then forced to sale. You’ll never going to out bid YT people.
