I see opportunity, not recession

@devinmasson8507

At 1:00 in, whatever he's saying, is priced into asset values today… not a chance buddy. Most cre is not marked to market.

Its more appropriate to round down and say that no recent economic changes are priced into cre.

If anyone actually cares about verifying this stooges prediction, let's check the headlines regarding cre over the next 8 quarters.

Blackstone should have hired me as an analyst.

If anyone is bored enough to look up a chart lets maybe look at cre loans that have to be renewed over the next 12-36 months.

The only sector hurting is office. Most calls I get say “they can’t find anything”.

@MrAnderson3

Its generational because if you invest in commercial property in the near future your future generation will be broke

@Horatio1886build

Rationalization to the max- you do not need anywhere near the amount of space for those servers as we did for human office space. Something is not right about this guys position.

Dude sounds like he's reading from a teleprompter.
