  1. Everybody is lonely, the middle class and poor are working their asses off to survive just to meet basic needs! its too expensive to spend money for socializing outside! 😥😥
SOLUTION: EVIL RICH PEOPLE STOP HOARDING ALL THE MONEY!!!

  2. What did we expect? Capitalism has shaped societies that prioritize profit, appearances, and status. It isolates people, making them feel like outsiders so they can be sold products and services. Many young people in developed countries have already caught on to this and are stepping away from social media altogether.

  3. Not surprising. Digital age, no physical contact with family, not growing up with OFW parents, and worst of all, the Philippines was on lockdown for over 2 years. Filipino children did not go to school for two years whereas Swiss children were back in school one month after the pandemic. TWO YEARS of lockdown in a country infested by greed and corrupt authorities. It's deliberate, which is the saddest part of it.

  4. Loneliness of this generation I believe is a result of the digital world that they are living. They are too tired to communicate face to face. Previous generations where cellphones are not yet available, we have to make an effort to get up and go beyond.

  5. Loneliness is LOVE. trust me preferring solitude doesn't mean there is something wrong; in fact, there are many benefits to spending time alone🥰 protect your boundaries, no fake people, no one will deceive you anymore, just choose few and trustworthy friends

  7. Consider talking to family and friends. Find things you may enjoy doing with others around you, rather than people at greater distances.

It all may have started in the west.

I've seen similar trends in India.

  8. Loneliness in the Philippines??..I find that hard to believe…2nd loneliest country in the world???…that is some baloney 😂😂…who made that survey??..that is so shallow…being poor, yes i can understand that..but filipinos are resilient…these kids are not lonely..they chose to be lonely…we have our families, friends, even neighborhood surrounding us…this survey is a lie, very shallow…also, they always talk about the pandemic..pandemic is over everything is back to normal now..

  9. You can be in a relationship and still be lonely. Friends and my fellow Pinoys, i urge all of us to delve deeper into true Christianity.

Ako bilang isang pwd na malamang di na makakapag asawa, sa wakas naging malaya na ako.

Dati hinahanap ko yung saya sa ibat ibang bagay, holds barred😅

Ngayon 32 nako at mag isa parin.
Pero oks lang. Ako naman yung cool na tito na lasing sa party.

  10. I myself used to be really depressed, lonely and bored until now I got sick and realized few things.
Alone and loneliness are not directly proportional. How you perceive situations and treat yourself affects your emotions
Life is not lonely or boring just because nobody is with you or wants to listen to you, important is you are always with you and willing to listen patiently (awareness)
If You're alive, you have shelter, food and air to breath, you have a good health, you're really lucky.
Be gentle with yourself 🙂 Godbless

Ayun ako din depressed at malungkot na ngayon 🤣

  12. I observed that Gen Zs often have this construed reality about their future that everything would be alright and will be served for them. This results to low income low confidence youth entering a rough and chaotic societal setting facilitated by progressing technology. What normally happens is we create a generation of individuals connected technologically, but secluded physically resulting to lack of social skills disconnected society.

It's too fast paced for their generation that they are rushing everything, including their relationship, causing career developmental problems and financial instability.

  13. When we always look our self, thinking about our selves, always asking what makes "me" happy? what will satisfy "me" we will always end up lonely. TRY TO LOOK AROUND YOU, OTHER PEOPLE AROUND YOU, you will notice how blessed you are. Stop looking in, start looking out. Serve others.
