  3. Amen. Im starting now. Used to hover at 180-190 but it was from the alcohol slowing my metabolism and whiskey adding on weight. Now im 160 and hardgaining so started counting calories and eating so much. It is alot of work indeed. Im going to aim for 2800 calories a day. 130g protein. Plus I do a ton of calisthenics and the muscle memory should help me pack on muscle I am hoping!

  4. I walk 6 hours a day eat 1200 max and gained 4.5 lbs last month i wanted to lean bulk 1 lb a month. Im now not eating at all as ive surmised im burn nothing. Im distressed as i gained 4 of these in a week. Never left. Miserable. My thyroid is fine. Ive a six pack but it wont be there long. Im between 35 and 37kg. It rarely gets to 35. Plateaus. Ive fat storage. I do eat if depressed during the night have shared kitchen nightmare. Putting an alarm on my bedroom door as putting on solid unhealthy fat will weaken my bones. Doing mini cut before bulking again. I have found found food in bed. I get upset about something during the day. Bring some food upstairs and eat it while sleeping so cant be sure. People got really nasty and jealous when i got the six pack and that made me feel worse. I am treated very poorly. Im strange looking. 21 inch waist, 20 at time, 30 hip , 30 shoulder. Was 31 kilo but i would have died if i stayed that light.

  5. This is a great video. I am a hard gainer and I sleep in spurts. Example breakfast at 0830 with a 530 calorie shake, lunch at noon w/ shake, dinner at 1900 w/ shake,bed at 2200 w/ shake, up at 0330 have a shake then back to bed to get up at 0800. Rinse repeat. I squeeze in a shake with every meal and when I wake up in the middle of the night to make sure I get 4-4500 calories in. I go to the gym around 1400 some days or when I wake up at that middle of the night
