Petauke Central Member of Parliament EMMANUEL BANDA who has been on the run since escaping from lawful custody on August 4, 2024, has been arrested in Zimbabwe.
Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister JACK MWIIMBU says Mr. BANDA was arrested yesterday in the Zimbabwean capital Harare by authorities in that country.
