This movie pissed me off
I try to give movies the benefit of the doubt and hope they will get good. Twenty-three minutes in and it sucks. The acting is dull and annoying (especially the mom’s) and the storyline is fragmented.
They all could have left in the mother's car. If not, they could have ran to a nearby trusted neighbor. And, they also, could have walked away from the home until they alerted anyone to save them. They all should have left together to get HELP!!! I would have slammed the door hard in his face. Why are they still even at the house? Being that it is broad daylight, they all could have made a run for it with any type of weapon to protect themselves. The cop was more concerned about other criminal crimes. This is quite understandable, but with the information her sister relayed to the cop is just enough for them to go out looking for him PRONTO! Then their father is stuck into traffic. Maybe it is time for them to all just fight back at this point! The cops are taking forever to patrol around their premises.This all makes no sense at all. SMH… 🤦

I’m still haven’t turned the movie off and I’m literally in tears laughing as the drama unfolds.. the cops just got there and they don’t leave of course because they have to pack bags.. oh yeah this kid is so covert he disabled an entire cell tower, in los Angeles.

I always try for a positive comment. How ever, I have to really dig deep on this one. A man that hears a psycho is terrorizing his family does not call the Police also. As well, he would tell his family to leave immediately. Also, the cop was talking to someone when the cop was hit. Wouldn't that someone call the Police to ask to check why the police officer suddenly lost contact?

I have mixed feelings about this movie. I would give it a 5 out of 10. I find it silly how a cop that is called on a complaint of a home invasion, does not search the property to make sure it's safe after leaving. The mom and her daughters just stand there with the door open while he chokes out the mailman and no one closes the door. Maybe they were so terrified that no one could move. The daughter kicks him but no one tries to grab the gun. Well, you decide if it's worth watching.
