The first kung fu type of book I read was in 1973 I began practicing then. I watched my first oriental kung fu movie also in 73. I never took lesson but learned from what I read and saw of the movies. I fell in love with the purity of the life style. I am now 76 this movie kept me in tune and tears . I had to break out my home made short sticks and practice while watching. I have learned the long staff and many other home made weapons and other self taught hand to hand over my life time. I love it when a heart catcher such as this flick comes out. It is just like I am there . Thanks for the step into a different life for a bit; so nice to leave the real world for a while even if it is in combat. Life is a war in one way or another whom ever you are. War and love you can not have one with out the other on this ole planet.
