Stink idk if you think we wouldn't be interested or it's not on brand for you BUT can we get some FULL follow along videos puleeeze 🤣 (you should see me struggle… I'm steady rewinding to follow the exercise after each set. I got a phone with the timer(THE CORE WORKOUT). I have another phone playing in my ear to keep me going Another phone recording me lol IT'S ALOT 🤣) Okay bye- I'm headed to do this!

  2. Yep! I’ve never regretted getting my ahhh up and going to the gym, but I have always regretted NOT going bc I “didn’t feel like it” at the time. Same thing with school and therapy—the days u don’t wanna go are the days you should push yourself to stay disciplined.

  3. U know that unstable excercises like one legged ones reduce muscle Fiber recrution. Reason is more risky. Body knows that and try to avoid injury. But makes IT ineffektiv compared to stable excercises. I have a big butt too from squats.

  4. Y'all be doing too much. Just need squats and lunges with free weights, and kickbacks. Stay away from that smith machine. Also, eat some potato chips need jelly back there, not a boulder 😂😂
