Meal 1:

Oats – 100 grams
Skimmed milk – 400 ml
Dry fruits – 30 grams
Whey protein – 1 scoop
Peanut Butter – 1 spoon (16 grams)

Meal 2:

Soya chunks – 50 grams (Raw weigh)
Low fat paneer – 100 grams
Cooked Rice – 250 grams
Veggies
ghee – 5 ml
Dahi – 200 grams

Meal 3:

2 Bread + 1 spoon peanut…

    Oats 100 grams : 12.5 grams

    Whey Protein Avvtar Isorich : 28 grams

    Skimmed milk (Amul Slim trim) : 400 ml : 14 grams

    Peanut butter 16 grams : 4 grams

    Dryfruits 30 grams : 4 grams

    Low fat paneer 100 grams : 14 grams

    Soya chunks 50 grams : 26 grams

    Cooked rice 250 grams : 6 grams

    Dahi 200 grams : 8 grams

    2 bread : 8 grams

    Peanut butter 16 grams : 4 grams

    banana : 1 gram

    Sprouts 200 grams (Raw moong 80 grams) : 14 grams

    Besan 30 grams : 6.5 grams

    Total of 150 grams of protein
