  3. 🥵I was doing my best avoiding this outta of resentment for the word "workout" but I couldnt decide which sequence of yours I felt up to doing tonight so I just went for it😤. Nico when I say you are DAT GURL, cause sis I only got through this on sheer will power and ur dialogue which is always so encouraging. My roommates laugh every time you open up with "Hey yall, NICO HERE" cause I'm always saying "HEY" back, now they can't help but say it too. Keep glowing and growing my StarSeed Sis 💖💖💖💖💖💖

  4. Great video! Some of the poses were really challenging, and that's what I enjoyed most about the session. Your technique really challenges my breath control, along with strength and endurance.

  5. I really enjoyed this practice and felt a good balance between effort and ease through all the movement except for the planks, pushups and side planks. It felt like my wrists were too weak to support my weight. Hope to see some modifications for wrist pain ❤❤
