The Customer service in Zimbabwe is appalling and it gets worse every year. They shout at you for wanting to spend your hard earned money in their shop. I simply walk out. I don’t do any shopping in Zim except for absolute necessities! Go to Zambia, Botswana, India, Bali, etc., they are far much better.
Zim businesses are failing in Zim because of this. Don’t blame me for not supporting local! Local is terrible!
