I studied priniting and media design including all things from design to pre press and post press. This video speaks a lot to me since I have worked and trained at Nassser and New Vision and I have seen how talented and creative people are down there. Even without having studied printing or design, they continue to produce work that meets clients needs. Thank you for documenting Expression printers.

Awesome video! Great to see folks doing wonderful things and being successful. Also, regarding delayed billing for Net 30 Days Credit, and etc for bigger companies, I don't believe that's sustainable in Africa. Because, yes you yet the business and have them as clients, but having to wait so long for payment on invoicing without downpayment upfront can be detrimental to operations. Because, like he said, he has to pay employee allowances, cost of power, cost of operations, cost of materials, etc, while still waiting and expecting for invoices to get PAID by Net 30 Days.

I believe he should put his foot down on getting at minimum 50% to 70% downpayment upfront for projects for companies big or small or ALL 100% payment upfront prior to delivery. Otherwise, the risks are too high, and payment after Net 30 Days isn't guaranteed. And then, you're STUCK pursuing collections of account receivables from clients. I had to implement this upfront payment strategy in my business overseas too myself, due to the headaches that are tied to delayed payment and not wanting to deal with client receivables nonsense. If the clients big or small have a problem paying downpayments or full payments upfront, then, the business/client isn't WORTH having on your books. They can end up running your business into the GROUND with credit delays, if you let them. Because, especially in Africa, you can't be running your business chasing after account receivables and having clients holding up your business funding. Awesome video, SALUTE 💪🏾👍🏾✌🏾✊🏾👉🏾💯

Thank you Lawrence for another vlog of serious working mind. The challenge of unreliable and expensive electricity hinders developments.
We generate a lot of electricity which we give to East Africa. Imagine if we have reliable, affordable electricity and water all over Uganda most likely the population will be busy creating jobs and improving the standard of living in the areas where they come from instead of moving to the capital with not many jobs.
    Have a Blessed Day.
