  1. There are many Nigerian Universities here and there in Cotonou own by Nigerian where studends are all Nigerians. They just rent a villa in residential area and you wake and see Hill university or International university. Nobody care about that here because there are purely nigerian business

  2. Im from a francophone nation and I feel offended by your guest whereby he makes it look like the declining educational standards in Nigeria is bcos of the francophone nations or system.
Is Chicago state university a francophone university? The difficulty of getting admission in Nigerian universities and frequent strikes, is it bcos of the francophone system or nations? Let Nigeria fix their system and stop blaming others.

  3. This collaboration between CAMES and NUC is the only meanful thing this man had said here.
It is Negerians who open universities in those countries, seek and receive approval and start admitting Nigerian students there.
French speaking countries won't do the accreditation of subjects and domain of studies for NUC. Let NUC do their work in those countries and give those universities necessary and due accreditation to deliver good degrees to Nigerian students studying in those countries..period

  4. So, this oga mean to say that Benin people and Togo people are training nonsense youths in their countries to scatter their own countries abi????
That part you talk oga is arrant nonsense and unfounded affirmation.
Face Naija education problem and suggest solutions, leave Benin amd Togo alone.

  5. I have been offered PhD in American universities several times with scholarships but never took them bcos they weren’t accredited …must do your investigation..these universities are everywhere …fraudulent schools all over the world.

  6. Is it not the collapse of the Nigerian University system that led to Nigerians to go out to find education? Universities were on strike for months and years of unresolved issues frustrated Nigerians. Look if there is anyone to blame it ís the Nigerian political system which allows prolonged strikes in our universities. Student spent six years for a three year program.

  7. Corruption in Nigeria Education System. You have to bribe before getting admitted into the system. Students don't get admission by merit. Imagine my little sister applied for school of nursing in Bida. She passed the entry exam and interview but could not get admission just because I don't know Mr A or B. But student who didn't participate are getting admission. The system needs to be checked properly. Education is business in Nigeria.

  8. The National Open University is tougher than many other universities because you CANNOT bribe anyone to pass. The problem is liberalization of the education sector. The FG should open up the system to allow for more people to get admissions here in terms of ACCESS

  9. Since we lack the technological and administrative capabilities that enable finesse, a solution to this for Nigeria might be for Nigeria to blanket exclude recipients of degrees from certain foreign Universities participating in NYSC.

  10. Chicago university is worse than these universities in republic of Benin. If one of two universities in Nigeria fake university certificate it does that not mean all the universities in nigeria are awarding fake certificates .As a country they also have standard universities like Nigeria

  11. NOT ANY WORSE THAN BOLA AHMED TINUBU
It is a Nigerian thing ok, BOLA AHMED TINUBU DID THE SAME THING AND HE IS OCCUPYING THE HIGHEST OFFICE IN THE LAND, ENJOYING FIFTY CAR MOTOCADE RIDE ON FILTY RAT INFESTED LAGOS STREETS AND HE IS NOT ASHMED OF IT. FLIES ON EAGLE ONE, HIS SON EVEN FLEW ON EAGLE ONE TO KANO TO WATCH A POLO MATCH, SO, IT IS HYPOCRITIC FOR THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION TO INVESTIGATE OR MAKE PRONOUNACEMENT AGAINST DEGREE MILLS WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE BOLA AHMED TINUBU FAKE CERTIFICATE, NEVERTHELESS, THE ILLEFFECTS OF FAKE CERTICATES BY ORDINARY NIGERIAN CITIZEN CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE ANYWORSE THAN THAT OF BOLA AHMED TINUBU WHO ANNOUNCED HIS PROCUREMENT OF FAKE CERTIFICATE FROM CSU TO THE ENTIRE WORLD. AS NIGERIA MAKES HER BED SO SHE SLEEPS ON IT OK.
