There must be something wrong with our laws. Imagine a scenario we have multinational organisation operating such business then we will have issues of political interference. I am not an Alcohol support, but if it is drinking during working hours then it is understandable but if it is off hours then it will have some push back.

Does a governor have a legal mandate to make an order for a bracket closer of bar businesses? This is the same as banning matatu business in a county because one matatu causes death of ple. This is an emotional pronouncement by the governor bcos of her administration failure to ensure illicit brew isnt sold. And when a judge declares such a ban illegal they will vilify judiciary.
